Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order placed on this website with Adams Apple FZE, Q3-098 Saif Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

Orders and prices

Prices are shown in the currency of the country you select, including applicable taxes. Each country has its own prices, stock and delivery options. An order is confirmed once payment is accepted, or once your number is confirmed by SMS for cash on delivery.

Payment

By card through Stripe, in 4 interest-free payments with Tabby or Tamara where available, or cash on delivery in the UAE with a fee of AED 10. Card details are handled by the payment providers and never stored by us.

Delivery

Phones are shipped from our workshop with Aramex or DHL, with tracking. Delivery is free on eligible orders.

Returns and exchanges

You can return or exchange a device within 14 days of delivery. The return is void if the device shows physical damage, scratches or water ingress.

Warranty

Every device is covered for 360 days against internal hardware failures and technical defects, including repair labour. LCD screens and physical parts are not covered for free replacement. If parts are damaged, the customer pays for the replacement parts, while repair labour stays covered. Water damage and drop damage are never covered and void the warranty. The customer is responsible for dropping off and picking up devices for repair.

Battery

If the battery health or timing is defective, it is replaced for free within one month. Claims must be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Privacy

We collect the information needed to process your order and support you: name, contact details, delivery address and order history. Payment details are handled by Stripe, Tabby and Tamara.

Your data is used to deliver your order, provide warranty service and, if you agree, send you news. It is never sold. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at support@adamsapple.ae.

Cookies

Necessary cookies keep the store running: your bag, your country and language, and your session. With your consent, we also measure visits to improve the store. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser data.
