Adam's Apple FZC offers a 14-day return policy for all used and refurbished mobiles. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided that the mobile is in the same condition as when you received it.

To initiate a return, please contact Adam's Apple FZC customer support at contact@adamsapple.ae or Click Here . You will need to provide your order number and a reason for the return. Adam's Apple FZC will then provide you with a return shipping label.

Once Adam's Apple FZC receives your returned mobile, they will inspect it to ensure that it is in the same condition as when you received it. If the mobile is in good condition, Adam's Apple FZC will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Replace and Warranty Claim Policy

Adam's Apple FZC provides a 1-year warranty on all refurbished mobiles. If your device fails during the warranty period, Adam's Apple FZC will repair or replace it at its discretion.

You will need to provide your order number and a description of the issue you are experiencing. Adam's Apple FZC will then provide you with instructions on how to return your device for repair or replacement.

Adam's Apple FZC will cover the cost of shipping and return shipping for all warranty claims.

Exclusions

The following are excluded from the refund, return, and warranty policies:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • LCD damage
  • Broken glass damage
  • Battery damage
  • Accessories

If your device is damaged or malfunctioning due to one of the exclusions listed above, you may be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement.
